Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on the Oursin online store, operated by carre d'as LLC ("Oursin", "we", "us").

Our 60-day money-back guarantee

We want you to love your skin. If you are not satisfied with your Oursin serum, you can request a full refund of the product price within 60 days of delivery, even if the bottle has been opened and used.

  • The guarantee applies to your first order of each product, limited to one claim per customer.
  • To use it, email us at 1amazonseth@gmail.com with your order number and a short note on your experience.
  • The product must be returned. We will reply with the return address and instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first: returns sent without authorisation cannot be processed.
  • Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty or we made an error.
  • Once we receive your return, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 14 days. Your bank may take a few additional days to process it.

Your statutory right to cancel (UK and EU customers)

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and equivalent EU rules, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it without giving a reason. To do so, contact us at 1amazonseth@gmail.com. You must then return the goods within 14 days of notifying us, and we will refund the price paid, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the goods or proof of return.

For health and hygiene reasons, this statutory right does not apply to sealed skincare products that have been unsealed after delivery. Opened products remain covered by our 60-day guarantee above.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund. You will not need to return the item in this case. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Order cancellations before shipping

You can cancel an order free of charge before it has shipped by emailing us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, the return process above applies.
